Most Edgenuity problems fall into a handful of repeat offenders, and nearly all of them have a quick fix. Here's a troubleshooting checklist for the issues students run into most — both with Edgenuity itself and with EdgyPro.

Login Problems

If you can't log in, work through these in order:

• Use the right portal. Many schools have a custom Edgenuity URL or sign-in through a district portal. Confirm you're on the correct one (often student.edgenuity.com or a school-specific link).
• Check your credentials with your school. Passwords are managed by your school or district, not by EdgyPro — if a reset is needed, your teacher or admin handles it.
• Clear cache or try another browser. A stale session is a surprisingly common culprit. A fresh browser or incognito window often fixes it instantly.

Videos That Won't Load or Advance

If an instruction video stalls, refresh the page first — it resolves the majority of cases. If it persists, check your connection and disable any unrelated extensions that might interfere with media playback. EdgyPro's automation is designed to work smoothly with Edgenuity's player once the page loads correctly.

Getting Logged Out Too Often

Edgenuity logs you out after inactivity, which interrupts longer sessions. EdgyPro's Anti Logout feature is built specifically to keep your session alive so you're not constantly signing back in. Make sure it's toggled on in the EdgyPro menu.

EdgyPro Key Won't Redeem

If your key isn't activating, check these common causes:

• Copy the whole key. An extra space or a missing character is the most frequent reason a key is rejected. Paste it exactly as it appears in your email.
• Confirm the script is installed. The EdgyPro menu has to be visible on Edgenuity before you can redeem — revisit the setup guide if it's not showing.
• Refresh after redeeming. A page refresh finalizes activation.
• Check key type. Student keys work on one account; service keys work on up to five. Make sure you're using the right one for your situation.
