The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of legal majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible. The Giveaway is void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
The Giveaway begins on June 22nd, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST / UTC−7) and ends on July 31st, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST / UTC−7) (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries (including mail-in entries, see Section 6) must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:
The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is approximately $819.98 USD (the combined retail value of the console and controller listed above, plus the $100.00 USD cash component). The ARV is subject to change based on market conditions; the winner will not receive the difference between the actual and approximate retail value. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly listed as part of the prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
There are two (2) ways to enter. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning, regardless of the method of entry.
During the Giveaway Period, each U.S. dollar ($1.00) you spend on any eligible EdgyPro product or service will automatically earn you ten (10) entries into the Giveaway (i.e., $0.10 per entry). Entries are calculated on the actual amount paid (after any discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks) and are credited automatically to the email address associated with your order after your payment successfully clears. Partial-dollar amounts are rounded to the nearest entry. Orders that are later refunded, reversed, or charged back will have their associated entries voided.

EdgyPro LLC — GTA 6 GiveawayEach properly completed mail-in entry that is legible, complete, and received during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) entry — the equivalent of $0.10 spent and the same as the smallest purchase entry unit — and counts equally toward winning. You may submit as many mail-in entries as you like, with each entry mailed separately in its own envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received no later than five (5) business days after the Giveaway Period ends. Limit: one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, or incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered mail. All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from both entry methods. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 3rd, 2026 by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the winning entry. The potential winner may be required to respond within five (5) days of notification and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or these Official Rules, nor for any technical malfunctions, lost/late/misdirected entries, or failures of any kind.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used solely to administer the Giveaway (including contacting and verifying the winner). Entry data for this Giveaway is stored separately from product and account data. Sponsor will not sell your personal information.
To request the name of the winner, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "GTA 6 Giveaway Winner Request" within sixty (60) days after the drawing date, or mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address listed in Section 1.
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. All entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law.
By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
